“Body weight control” is the latest topic to be included on the list of topics that can be filtered out of users’ daily feeds.
TikTok banned fasting app ads and restricted advertisements from promoting ‘negative body image’ in 2020.
Here’s how:
- Click on your Instagram profile image in the top right corner of the app
- Go to “Settings”
- Choose “ads”
- Select “ad topics”
- You should see “body weight control” as an option
- Choose “see less”
