Kanye West’s documentary Jeen-Yuhs will continue streaming on Netflix amid the rapper’s ongoing antisemitism scandal.
Netflix has reportedly indicated it has no plans to remove the docuseries. Tons of companies continue to distance themselves from Ye, including Balenciaga, talent agency CAA and a few hours ago, German Sportwear co. adidas.
Netflix’s position is that they are not in business with Kanye West because he was the subject of the doc – he wasn’t involved in creating or promoting the docuseries.
The streaming service also says there is nothing anti-Semitic in the documentary, pointing out that they don’t remove content about or by people who later spark controversy.
