Euphoria star Angus Cloud’s cause of death has been determined as an accidental overdose.
The report has revealed that the actor passed away from “acute intoxication” due to a combination of methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and benzodiazepines.
This confirms his mother’s earlier statement that Angus did not intend to end his life, as they were discussing future plans prior to his untimely passing.
At the age of 25, Angus Cloud, known for his role as Fezco “Fez” O’Neill in Euphoria, passed away at his family’s home in Oakland, California.
Despite having no prior acting experience, Cloud’s portrayal of Fez quickly gained him fame for his unique blend of droll charm and unflappable demeanor.
In addition to Euphoria, he appeared in films like North Hollywood and The Line, and made cameo appearances in music videos for Juice WRLD, Becky G, and Karol.
Born in Oakland, Angus Cloud was the eldest of a brother and twin sisters.
He attended the School of Production Design at Oakland School for the Arts, sharing the experience with his Euphoria co-star Zendaya.
Cloud’s family mentioned that his father’s recent passing had been a significant challenge for him.
While the exact cause of his father’s death remains undisclosed, his family expressed their sorrow and shared a heartfelt statement.
