In an unexpected twist, the real-life Martha, Fiona Harvey, has vehemently denied the allegations made against her by Richard Gadd in the series. In a recent appearance on “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” Harvey refuted claims of obsession and harassment, branding Gadd a liar driven by monetary gain.
She told Piers;
I didn’t write him the emails, he probably made them up himself,
I’ve no idea. He is psychotic. It is a work of fiction.
She even issued a threat of legal action against Netflix, the creator of the show.

He asked me to sleep with him with a big grin on his face at one time and I declined. He asked would I like my curtains fixed and I told him I had a boyfriend. I don’t fancy little boys without jobs. I gave him a brush off
