The fourth and final season of Netflix’s sci-fi fantasy series The Umbrella Academy, based on Gerard Way’s book and illustrated by Gabriel Bá, is set to premiere this year.
The story, set in 1989, follows seven children with superpowers who are adopted by a billionaire and raised as a superhero team.
Years later, the estranged siblings reunite to stop a global apocalypse.
The series debuted in 2019, with subsequent seasons in 2020 and 2022.
In the upcoming final season, the Hargreeves siblings, having lost their powers, must adapt and join forces one last time as their enemies continue to pose a threat.
Returning cast members include Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, and Colm Feore. New additions to the cast are Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally, and David Cross.
