Q. TAKE ON KENYAN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY
A. It’s growing but it is slow, people running the industry are not open minded, not willing to grow or to see what other people have to offer, they keep doing cheaper versions of new concepts, the music is so plain, no comparison to Tanzanian or even Nigerian music, by now we should be above these countries even in terms of fashion, they surpass us because we find difficulty in investing,
Most people are overrated in music, fashion etc., making it a cheaper version of what it is supposed to be. So many people want to maintain their positions even if they are not good enough, we have a long way to go, people need to think, get out of their comfort zones, get more creative, please let’s invest into our crafts. In music let’s invest in good vixens, locations, productions. It is not enough if the song, video, film, let’s look at how it appears to the public, the quality. Too much room for improvement.
